About us
The Institute of Conservative Politics (IPC) emerges as a response to the urgent need to strengthen conservative thought in Portugal. In a political context dominated by decades of progressive and social democratic policies, there is a clear lack of a center of thought that defends and promotes values such as economic freedom, national sovereignty, cultural identity and political security.
The IPC aims to fill this gap, acting as a space for articulation, research and dissemination of conservative ideas, collaborating with national and international partners to strengthen a more efficient governance model aligned with the values of the European right.
